In today's world, change is constant. By incorporating these tools from the bottom to the top, everyone can be equipped to become disciple-makers, living out their faith even in the most ordinary moments of life.
Many churches and ministries struggle with assessing the effectiveness of their discipleship efforts. They often rely on numerical data, such as event attendance or financial contributions, to measure success. But in order to truly understand the impact of discipleship, what we measure needs to shift towards the inner life, such as increased prayer, spiritual disciplines, and character development. Disciple-makers often rely on intuition and personal experience to guide their disciples toward growth. While effective, this approach lacks reproducibility.
