We don't offer a generic free trial because Pulse requires configuration to your organization to be meaningful. The demo is a live look at the real product, configured to a scenario that matches what you're working on.
Yes. The Foundation tier is built for a single site or department. You can expand to Systems if you need multi-site views later.
One working session. We connect your existing systems, configure your workflows and resource library, and do a team walkthrough. You're live before the end of the day.
The Foundation tier pricing is already built for nonprofit budget realities. We don't inflate and discount. These are the real numbers for the organizations this tier is designed for.
Moving from Foundation to Systems is straightforward. Your data moves with you. The price difference reflects the additional scope, not a platform migration.
Annual agreements, with a 30-day exit clause. If Pulse isn't working for your organization after 90 days, we will make it right or refund the difference. We are not interested in keeping organizations that aren't seeing value.
