How many users does our organization need?
The user count is any person in your organization that is given a log in. Typically, only those that facilitate activity in an organization need to log in. If you would like to discuss your situation with our team, please reach out to the sales team and someone will be in touch shortly.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can sign up for a free individual account.
Do you provide discounts?
We are happy to discuss your situation with you. We are on a mission to help every impact focused organization increase their effectiveness. Please send our discount team an email, and someone will respond to you as soon as they are able.
We also provide discounts for organizations with high numbers of users. Please contact us for more information.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can change your plan later from inside your administration account.
What is your cancellation policy?
Plans are set up to be billed monthly or annually and will charge your preferred payment method at a regular schedule interval. You can cancel any time. Your account will remain live until your next billing cycle. We cannot provide refunds for unused portions of accounts.
