Foundation tier: $4,800 to $6,000 per year

The Foundation tier is for nonprofit organizations with 15 to 75 staff. It includes Voice Reporting, Dashboards and Insights, Workflows and Alerts, Resource Intelligence, and Progress Tracking, plus monthly reporting. The price range reflects differences in organization size and integration scope. Implementation, training, and all platform updates are included.

Systems tier: $12,000 to $18,000 per year

The Systems tier is for K-12 schools, school networks, and larger organizations with 75 to 500 staff. It includes everything in Foundation plus SIS and HRIS integrations, multi-site views, FERPA and privacy documentation, board-ready reports, and priority implementation support.

Business pricing

Business team pricing is custom and based on team size, integration complexity, and deployment scope. We do not publish business pricing because the range is too wide to be meaningful without knowing your specific situation. What is always included

Implementation, training, and all platform updates are included in every tier. Setup takes one working session. There are no add-ons for the basics. The pricing conversation determines where within the published ranges you land based on your specific situation.
