Last Updated: 4/15/2025

1. Introduction

This SMS Communication Opt-In Policy ("Policy") outlines how PulseConnect ("we," "us," "our") collects and uses your consent to communicate with you via Short Message Service (SMS) or text message. This Policy applies to users and customers located in the United States, the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Canada, and is intended to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Scope of Consent

By opting in to receive SMS messages from PulseConnect, you consent to receive the following types of messages:

- Transactional Messages: Notifications regarding your account, orders, service updates, support communications, and security alerts.
- Promotional Messages (where separately consented): Offers, marketing updates, and special promotions.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use our services or make purchases.

You may opt in by:
- Checking a clearly labeled consent box at the time of account creation or service registration; and
- Confirming your opt-in through a double confirmation SMS message (where applicable).

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our platform. We aim to limit:
- Transactional messages to event-based or necessary updates.
- Promotional messages to [e.g., no more than 4 messages per month].

4. Opting Out and Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message;
- Adjusting your preferences in your [user profile/account settings]; or
- Contacting our support team at info@pulseconnect.us.

After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Opting out of promotional messages does not affect your receipt of transactional messages necessary for service delivery.

5. Fees and Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. You are responsible for any such charges.

6. Data Protection and International Compliance
